Salary
$90,000 + superannuation
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths
and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales
nationwide.
• Manage the online brand presence to ensure consistency and engagement across all digital
platforms.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of end-to-end marketing and communications strategies
• Develop and execute branding and promotional activities for product portfolio
• Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing
objectives, policies and programs
• Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths
and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share
• Execute effective online marketing campaigns aimed at expanding customer reach and
increasing online orders.
• Utilise SEO strategies and analyse online traffic to optimise marketing efforts and improve
customer acquisition.
• Create compelling and relevant content tailored for online platforms to engage a national
audience.
• Oversee the online marketing channel strategies and performance.
• Manage content creation for the website and social media platforms.
• Analyse digital marketing data to adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between online marketing and sales
objectives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools that can benefit the online store.
Qualification and Experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Highly creative, organised and proactive with a high level attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and online content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing theory and strategies and relevant compliance requirement
• Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate priorities with attention to the smallest details
