• Follow and implement individualized care plans, ensuring clients’ needs and goals are met
• Support clients in social and community engagement, helping them develop confidence and essential life skills
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in support work or community services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient approach
• Relevant certification or training in support work, community services, or a related field
