The primary duties of the role will include:
• lead a highly successful recruitment desk in your discipline. This will be done by maintaining engagement with current practice clients and candidates whilst developing new business opportunities through engaging with new clients and candidates in the space of specialty;
• Assisting in key practice projects to drive the brand and success of practice
• Actively contributing more broadly to the u&u business in key projects where required
• Assist in building the u&u practice brand to be the leading recruitment practice in your geography;
• Business development and marketing; and
• Sourcing and assessing candidates and aligning them with our clients.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor degree either in human resources or your field;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment of within your field of discipline;
• History of achievement;
• Business development, sales and client relationship management experience.
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 + super
