As the Chef, your time will be dedicated to producing top quality dishes that enhance our guests’ experience during their stay. Your role will include but is not limited to the following:
• Leading the kitchen operations;
• Preparing meals to the highest quality and consistency;
• Hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff;
• Regularly creating unique and appealing dishes and menus;
• Maintaining the kitchen’s ‘Scores on Doors’ ratings and ensuring compliance;
• Implementing systems to ensure the cleanliness of the working stations and equipment;
• Regularly liaising with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients;
• Regular updates for the business owners;
• Resolving food preparation issues when necessary.
