Hays is working with an organisation who specialises in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building services, plumbing, electrical and painting. Our client is looking for a Branch Administrator with extensive invoicing experience to join the team and hit the ground running!
Your new role
As the Branch Administration, you will be supporting the operational delivery teams to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction and key deliverables are met. This role is critical in supporting these outcomes and working closely with management, Planning and service coordinators and the delivery teams to achieve the required business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include;
Keep management and delivery teams informed of the status of outstanding commercial issues including analysis of commercial risks that may impact revenue and cash flow.
Assist Service Delivery and Operational Managers with finance related queries pertaining to either accounts receivable or payable
