* Previous Team Leader Experience * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team * Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities * Ability to work in a busy retail environment * Experience working with large stock volumes
