About the Role:
As a trade-qualified Caravan Assessor, you'll leverage your expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or the mechanical trade (Cert III) to meticulously assess caravan damage. From initiating repairs to negotiating settlements, you'll manage a portfolio of caravan claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes. Previous Collision repair or Service centre management/advisor experience will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end caravan claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs.
