St Joseph's OSHC Service is seeking a confident and experienced educator to be a Responsible Person (RP) and join our dedicated team. The RP will take charge of the service in the absence of the coordinator, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. We are part of the St Josephs Parish and Primary School community, operating for over 20 years. Our active service involves children and staff in various projects, including a community garden with parishioners and the school. We offer before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 90 children. Employment Type: Permanent, part-time hours per week Split shifts: 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM & 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Step in as the primary leader during the coordinator's absence, providing direction and support to staff and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
