We are looking for a new enthusiastic member to join our growing team as a Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant. We are a real estate development company that manages our own residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a candidate that can learn our business from the ground up and grow with us.
Tasks & responsibilities will include:
Account payable
Accounts relievable
Preparation of Tax Compliance for multiple company's - BAS , Payroll, PAYG holding
Manage super payments
Banking & credit card management
Account reconciliation across multiple accounts
Data entry
Setup and maintenance of suppliers
General Administrative duty's
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
Experienced in MYOB (essential) & Xero (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Positive, approachable, and helpful personality
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
General Computer skills
Microsoft Office knowledge
