Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components of ICT systems, ensuring compliance with ANZSCO standards. Managing network infrastructure, servers, and security systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. Conducting regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve ICT issues promptly. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICT systems with business processes. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the reliability and security of ICT systems. Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending upgrades or modifications to existing systems. Providing technical support and training to end-users on ICT systems and applications. Logging and resolving incidents and requests, and managing IT outages and disruptions. Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect network systems and data. Ensuring compliance with security policies and industry best practices. Conducting regular security assessments and recommending improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven 2 years experience as an ICT Engineer or similar role, demonstrating compliance with A Solid understanding of networking, server administration, and security protocols.
