Contract Administrator Role
Your new company
Your new company is a DNC Construction Company located in Brisbane. They complete a mixture of Multi-Residential, Industrial, Hospitality & Retail and Commercial projects. They are looking for an intermediate Contract Administrator to join their team. This role requires you to have a strong commercial construction background within SEQ Australia. Tenure is important to this company, so applications with a short working history will not be considered for this role.
Your new role
Your new role you will be responsible for:
Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
Progress claims and variations
Excellent communication skills
Administration of RFI's to clients, consultants and architects
Working alongside the PM to ensure smooth operations
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed in your application for this position; all candidates must have previous experience with education construction. You will possess a strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors of varying skill and knowledge.
You will also require the following skills, attributes and knowledge:
Experience using Procore
Experience using ProcorePro
Understanding of Hammertech
