Local council looking for someone experienced in civil infrastructure to join their Town Maintenance team for 3-6 month period working a 9 day fortnight.
Duties include:
Carry out construction and maintenance
Truck Driving - MR Minimum Required
kerb, gutter and footpath maintenance
Working on roads
Traffic control
Street and storm water drainage
Other related tasks to support the operation and function of the Council?s Operations Team
About You:
Current White Card
Current MR or HR license
Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
Have a current drivers? licence and reliable transport
Have excellent communication skills
Must reside in Australia to apply
The right candidates will meet selection criteria based on previous experience, pass an OH&S assessment & skills testing.
Medical screening may also form part of the recruitment process.
