CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a skilled ROLLER LABOURER with extensive pavement experience to join our clients team for a critical Highway Stabilisation Project based in the St. George area, QLD .
The successful candidate will operate a roller, and also assist with general laboring tasks as required, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
You will be working a 2 week on / 1 week off Roster, working 10- 12 hours per day, meals and accommodation are provided.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Roller Operator in civil construction projects
Physically fit
Civil road construction experience
Roller ticket
Blue/White Construction card
Current Drivers License and own reliable transport.
Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
