Position The WHS Business Partner is responsible for providing broad support to the business on safety matters and as part of the Organisational Safety team ensures the ongoing implementation of the Safety Management System and associated policies and procedures across the organisation.
The WHS Business Partner as part of a team is responsible for the implementation and ongoing review of WHS processes, conducting inspections and incident investigations and seeking verification of actions taken as a result of inspections, incidents or corrective actions
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
High level interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
Ability to prioritise and complete action plans with detailed reporting
Experience within Facilities Management, Infrastructure or similar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of current legislation and standards.
