Salary: $74,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and preservation of food.
• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to the highest quality standards, taking into account customer dietary needs and preferences.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Plan, design, and regularly update menus to incorporate industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
• Ensure quality is maintained throughout all stages of food preparation and presentation.
• Contribute to financial management by assisting with menu pricing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring they run smoothly and adhere to health and safety regulations.
About You:
• At least 2 years of verified experience as a Chef.
• Formal qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate IV or higher).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to excel under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
