This established Centre is seeking a Centre Coordinator who will work closely with the Director to manage the 90 plus place centre for children 2-5 years old.
Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
- Ensure reporting requirements are monitored, maintained, completed on time, and shared with the director.
- Maintain & develop positive relationships & effective communication with the centre's suppliers
- Develop positive and open professional relationships with families, children and staff
- Provided effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members of the centre
- Manage the centre budget and expenditure within the budget framework and report to the Director
- Ensure the centre operates within the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations requirements.
- Ensure rosters & staffing of the centre are well organised
- Managing & guiding staff with their professional development & individual goals & performance. Working with the Director on any issues arising.
- Adhoc duties as required by Management
- Marketing the centre to the local community
- The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Diploma in Early Education with relevant experience
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff and working within a management team.
- The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A solid understanding of policies, procedures and regulations.

- Childcare leadership: 3 years + experience

Work Eligibility:
