Position Title: Facility Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
Position Overview:
The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of farm services at A.S Nurpuri and G.K Nurpuri. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency, and coordinating with staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of farm facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
Ensure the facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and schedule regular maintenance.
Team Coordination:
Lead and manage a team of staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend staff development programs.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, installations, and specialized services as required.
Health & Safety:
Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Maintain up-to-date records of safety protocols, inspections, and training sessions.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and manage budgets related to facility maintenance and operations.
Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
Generate reports on facility performance, including maintenance costs, operational efficiency, and safety compliance.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvements in facility operations.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
AQF Diploma or Higher
Minimum 3 years in a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of facility management, including equipment maintenance and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
