Established as the Royal Terminus Hotel in the 1840s, Brighton Beach Hotel remains one of Brighton's oldest landmarks. Once formerly well known as Milano’s Tavern, Brighton Beach Hotel is the second hotel south of the Yarra River and originally built of local red ironstone. The hotel was once so remote that it was bailed up by bushrangers.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Sous Chef at the Brighton Beach Hotel
What you’ll do:
- Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards"
