About the Role:
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be the lead operator, managing a wide range of cleaning services, including carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning, along with specialised maintenance and restoration services for natural stone, wood, and vinyl floors. The role involves both on-site work at residential and commercial properties and off-site tasks at our cleaning facility. You will also travel within the Midwest Region (including places like Kalbarri) a few times per year for jobs that may require being away for a few days.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technician for high-quality carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning services
Oversee maintenance and restoration services for natural stone, wood, and vinyl floors
Manage inventory and cleaning facility upkeep
Use ServiceM8 for job management and handle on-site payments (training provided)
Ensure the work vehicle is clean, maintained, and fully stocked for jobs
Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain our 5-star rating
Travel within the Midwest Region, including Kalbarri, a few times per year to provide services outside Geraldton
