BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Led end-to-end Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.  Led the project planning process, facilitated execution, and managed project closure, ensuring all deliverables and milestones were met.  Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ERP solutions.  Engaged in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to accurately document and understand business needs.  Engaged in finalizing technical and functional solutions tailored to meet client-specific business requirements.  Identified and addressed gaps between existing functionalities and business requirements, proposing and implementing effective solutions.  Supervised the configuration of Fusion ERP modules in various environments, including Test, Development, and Production.  Ensured that all configurations and customizations adhered to best practices and industry standards.  Led and participated in critical phases such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT).  Developed and managed test plans to validate system performance and functionality.  Addressed and resolved issues identified during testing to ensure a smooth go-live. Provided comprehensive training plan for the business users on new ERP functionalities and processes.  Managed and developed detailed user manuals, training materials, and project documentation to support system adoption and maintenance.  Facilitated workshops and meetings with clients to present solutions, gather feedback, and refine requirements. Maintained clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Presented high-pressure and complex demonstrations to clients, showcasing system capabilities and benefits.  Continuously monitored project progress and adjusted plans as necessary to address emerging challenges.  Engaged in continuous improvement projects to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.  Offered functional support for operational business processes, ensuring optimal system usage. Ensured all implementations adhered to industry standards and compliance requirements.  Promoted best practices in ERP implementation, customization, and maintenance  Qualification & Experience An Ideal Candidate Must Be: Strong leadership Skills (The candidate should be a capable leader who can motivate and guide the sales team while also influencing cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.) Professionally Qualified with business acumen (An understanding of business principles, industry dynamics, and market trends is crucial for developing effective strategies and recognizing growth opportunities.) Technical Proficiency (Familiarity with relevant tools and software-as-a-service applications and project management is beneficial.) Educational background (A bachelor's or master's degree in related field could be beneficial, although relevant experience can also be highly valuable.)
