About you
You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion. Ideally you will have experience in multi residential, high-rise projects.
You have an appreciation for complex high-end builds and want to lead a large site team to deliver this type of product.
You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies.
You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies.
You operate a clean and organised site and understand this is key to success.
