Roll & Wrap Kebab Trust are currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team in a full time role in Sinnamon Park.
Applicants must hold a relevant qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Certificate IV in Kitchen Management) and have at least 1 year of experience as a Cook.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat.
- Cook food using various utensils and grills.
- Monitor food while cooking, stirring or turning as needed.
- Ensure dishes are presented attractively before serving.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Properly store all food and supplies.
- Inspect ingredients for quality.
- Keep track of stock levels and place orders when supplies run low.
A salary of $74,000 + superannuation will be offered to the successful applicant.
