About the role
InfraBuild Reinforcing is looking for a Despatch Coordinator at the Cavan branch. In this role will demonstrate a high level of customer service and attention to detail with previous experience in despatch planning, scheduling and prioritisation. You will be responsible for planning despatch to optimise service levels and customer satisfaction, without compromising our well-established safety and quality standards. Hours for this role will be 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide a high level of customer service
Ensure required fleet matches delivery plan
Accurate despatch of correct order to customer
Liaise with sales, warehouse and transport providers to resolve urgent and critical customer requirements
