About the role
An exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales administration or customer service to join a market leader in the rural industry. This role is the hub between our sales teams on the road, despatch centres, and various depots across ANZ, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with despatch teams and depots to manage inventory levels, transportation, and distribution across Australia, with a focus on rural areas.
Handle credit approvals, disputes, and reconciliation in alignment with company policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for rural distributors, providing exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships.
