Accounts Receivable Permanent Full Time Role Your new company Our client is a manufacturing company who sit at the top end of what they do. Often described as the 'Rolls-Royce' of crane providers, you will be joining a reputable business whose products are well sought after. Your new role Due to increased demand, the client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join them. This role would ideally want someone 4 days per week in office. Duties will include :
Utilising MYOB
Chasing payments
Dealing with progress claims, chasing and updating the status
Processing customer EFT payments daily
Producing invoices and adjustment notes on a daily basis
Processing credit card payments and refunds online
General Accounts Receivable job duties
Adhoc duties such as producing financial statements or reports as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Worked within Manufacturing, Construction, Transport or Logistics Industries
Experience with progress claims
3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Can commit to being in office full time
Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient communication skills, written and spoken
Experience with financial systems including MYOB
