YOUR NEXT COMPANY: Our client is a large award-winning residential builder with decades of experience building many of South Australia's homes. They have a wide variety of designs for single storey and double storey dwellings to suit the needs of a range of buyers. They are looking to hire an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. YOUR NEXT ROLE: You will build residential homes, sometimes numerous on one site and sometimes across more than one site. You will work to correct building practices and timelines and quality standards. You will build these single and double storey homes from end to end.
Meet quality standards and project timelines
Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork
Coordinate and manage trades
Build working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
Enforce OH&S regulations
