We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Events) to assist with revamping the Mt Lofty House Conference and Events space. The role would provide an ideal ground for the successful candidate to widen the scope of experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing dishes to the highest standard
Working as a team to provide our customers with the best quality service
Working with seasonal produce
Supporting the kitchen team as required
Assist with ordering and stock control where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Sound technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
Your ‘team player’ attitiude and able to work with a small team to deliver memorable experiences.
Ability to instruct casual chefs to achieve consistency in production
An eye for detail in terms of execution of events irrespective of capacity.
