About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Clifton Hill. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V) to ensure a memorable customer experience. This role involves supervising daily restaurant operations, supporting employees, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding QSC&V:
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by adapting to customer needs and maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V) during shifts.
Engage with crew members and managers to create memorable experiences for customers in line with the McDonald's Way.
Supervise and Support Employees:
Oversee restaurant operations, monitor team performance, and support fellow managers to achieve business outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to policies, employment laws, and safety procedures.
Food Safety and Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with McDonald's and government regulations.
Oversee daily and planned maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Safety and Security Compliance:
Investigate incidents, take corrective actions, and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
People Management:
Role model and educate crew on McDonald's policies, including respectful workplace practices, safety procedures, and employment laws.
Provide feedback, conduct yearly performance reviews, and participate in regular management meetings to drive team success.
Sales and Customer Experience:
Actively seek customer feedback to drive repeat business and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer experience.
Monitor guest counts, sales projections, and communicate sales targets to the team.
Profit and Financial Accountability:
Accept responsibility for financial results of shifts, focusing on sustained profitable growth.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving profit goals by monitoring budgets and responding to business trends effectively.
Community Engagement:
Build relationships within the community to enhance the McDonald's brand.
Support the implementation of new operating platforms and business initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Australian Citizens and permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
