Maitland City Councils Pathways program is a fantastic way to kick-start your career and gain professional experience in local government!
Commencing in January , for a period of two years, we are looking for a Cadet Town Planner to join our organisation.
In this role, you will build upon your studies by undertaking a cadet program in town planning services to Council and the wider community in respect to development related matters. You will have a training plan developed specifically for you, giving you the opportunity to obtain practical experience including review and assessment of development applications, as well as provision of advice to our customers. This entry level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in Councils planning and development assessment functions.
