Join the B2B Customer Support Representative team and find true work / life balance in this fully remote opportunity.
Liaising with Komatsu's largest clients, primarily in a B2B piece parts ordering and supply capacity, you will nurture and grow existing relationships, whilst delivering ongoing improvements and efficiencies in the delivery of customer parts sales.
Working mostly autonomously within an online team, you will have the opportunity to self-select tasks, which will be managed independently, using available tools and work instructions.
