Key Responsibilities:
• Operations:• Manage day-to-day NDIS services, rostering, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Team Leadership:• Lead and develop team members, fostering a client-centered culture.
• Compliance:• Ensure adherence to NDIS standards, conduct audits, manage incident reporting.
• Client Engagement:• Act as primary contact for clients and external stakeholders.
• Financial Management:• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage invoicing.
• Strategic Planning:• Support and execute organizational strategies for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in healthcare or disability management.
• Strong understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and financial management.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Valid WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
