The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Waiter Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of the waiting staff, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
· Train and supervise waiting staff, providing guidance and support.
· Schedule and manage waiting staff shifts to meet operational needs.
· Assist with table setting, clearing, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
· Assist with staff training and development.
Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation
