The role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Clients and Markets team in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Event Manger, the primary objective of this role will be to assist in delivering events for all practice groups and working cohesively to ensure a high level of support and coordination is provided for firm events including employee, industry and client functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Work independently in coordinating the logistics and set up associated with all local events
Collate, enter and maintain event requirements in the event booking software programme (EMS)
Create event briefs, research venues and suppliers, source and negotiate quotes and manage event budgets
Collate any required event materials, prepare event schedules and manage event timelines
Communicate relevant correspondence and event requirements to the appropriate supporting departments for processing and executing events
