Task & Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes with precision and flair. Demonstrate expertise in working with pans, bringing out the rich flavors that make our cuisine unique. Lead and manage the kitchen team on food production, presentation, and sequencing Mentor and monitor kitchen juniors for quality, consistency and maintaining the standards Estimate costs for menu items for daily/weekly operations, group booking and events Participate in stock control, stock orders, and plan strategies for waste reduction Check and order supplies, equipment, fresh produce, and poultry for quality control Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety, sanitary and hygiene Participate in recruitment, shortlisting and hiring of the kitchen staff Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Qualification & Experience Candidates should hold a diploma or higher qualification in culinary field Minimum 1-2 years of experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Candidates should be energetic self-starter, be able to lead by example and possess excellent communication and organisation skills.
