THE OPPORTUNITY
Mulpha Restaurant Pty Ltd & Caldisc Pty Ltd are currently searching for an experienced Sous Chef to join the renowned Gold Coast restaurant, Edgewater Dining.
Working closely with the Hospitality Operations Manager and Area Head Chef, the Sous Chef will assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen operations ensuring the highest quality and consistency of food, along with:
Support the Head Chef with daily operational planning, development, implementation and leadership of the kitchen to achieve budgeted revenue, labour, and financial targets through effective menu development, food cost control, limited wastage, and effective rostering.
