YHA Brisbane City is seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to join our team in the heart of CBD. We're looking for someone who is able to support the property with general maintenance and repairs as well as taking preventative actions.
What your day will look like:
Performing good-quality corrective & preventative maintenance.
Minor paint and gyprock repairs.
Minor plumbing and tiling.
Maintaining plant rooms, switch rooms, and some outdoor areas.
Performing thorough weekly building & plant inspections.
