In this role, you will be the warm and welcoming face for our visitors, members, and patrons of Curtin Stadium. This role combines customer service, administration, and reception duties, where you will manage inquiries, support the membership team, and oversee bookings for internal and external areas of the stadium.
Youll also help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere while assisting with caf operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This is a perfect role for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a sport and recreation setting.
