About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opening for the Clinical Supervisor ? OT NDIS and Paediatrics. This dynamic role, reporting to Vivir's Clinical Excellence team, involves supporting and managing our Occupational Therapists within the NDIS and Paediatric service line. A deep understanding of the NDIS framework, paediatric services, and strong mentoring abilities are essential. This position offers a blend of clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and can be completed on an ABN basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support and updates on occupational therapy related to the NDIS.
Mentor and supervise university students during their placements.
Deliver ongoing professional development and support to clinical teams.
Conduct 1:1 mentoring and training for clinicians, particularly new graduates and limited registered clinicians.
