About the Role
This position combines testing expertise with business analysis and process mapping skills to provide a comprehensive understanding of system requirements and workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly platforms that meet business objectives.
This role will be responsible for:
Assisting to document business and non-functional requirements for development, and analysis of reported issues and change requests.
Planning, design, management, execution and reporting of testing activities, as well as defect identification and management.
Supporting functional testing across various phases of testing including but not limited to System testing, Integration testing, Regression, and Production Verification Testing.
Designing tests to ensure that key risks associated with the deployments are adequately understood and documented.
