The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security policies and systems for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of security risk management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide tailored security solutions.     Benefits Competitive salary of AUD 74,000 - AUD 78,000 plus superannuation Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic, supportive work environment   Task & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analyses Prepare security plans, technical schematics, and layouts for client facilities Design and manage electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems Liaise with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide customized solutions Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements Maintain thorough documentation of all security projects and operations   Qualification & Experience Qualification: Certificate in Security Operations Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in security consulting or a similar role Knowledge: Expertise in electronic security systems and familiarity with security industry standards and regulations Technical Drawing Skills (Preferred): Ability to prepare schematics and layouts using technical drawing software Computer Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer programs Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess security risks and propose effective solutions Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising with clients and preparing detailed reports   About Company ALLY SECURITY PTY LTD is a leading provider of security solutions, committed to ensuring the safety and security of our clients across various industries.
