About the Role: We are seeking an experienced PMO Operations Lead to join our Corporate Services Directorate at the City of Greater Geelong. In this role, youll ensure effective project planning and delivery frameworks are established, transparent, and consistently applied across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and improving project tools, templates, and learning resources, enabling the successful execution of projects aligned with our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement best practices in governance processes, ensuring consistent information flow across key project forums.
Develop, manage, and continuously improve reporting dashboards, tools, and templates to enhance project data accuracy and timeliness.
Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and milestone tracking to the Executive Leadership team.
