About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
Provide customers with a positive branch experience
Engage in needs-based conversations with customers
Provide advice and educate customers on digital solutions
Teach customers on self-service ways of banking
General banking and telling duties; money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance
What we're looking for:
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction and work within a team
Punctual, reliable and positive attitude
Customer service/ money handling experience (highly desirable)
Prior to their formal offer, the successful candidate is required to undergo a Police Check.
