THE ROLE:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, lead an experienced team of 4 Sales Representatives across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, in addition to the warehouse team and 5 sales and marketing support staff.
DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily operations in Dandenong, managing a diverse sales team.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members for optimal performance.
Regular road visits to see team and customer - 3 days a week.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
