A multi-award winning company and a successful enterprise mobility solutions provider is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing end-user computing environments, deploying and maintaining desktop solutions, and ensuring mobile devices are efficiently managed and secured.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support: Provide daily assistance to desktop and mobile users, resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
M365 Administration: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
