About the role
Reporting to the Manager Property , this role will contribute to the effective management of Councils Community property portfolio through managing Councils statutory and financial responsibilities in leasing and licencing of Council-managed land.
Duties will include, but are not limited to
Effectively manage the community property portfolio
Interpret, monitor and coordinate lease/licence documentation
Review, monitor and update property management database
