As an SEO Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class SEO strategies for your client(s). You will lead a team of executives and coordinators to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high quality. You will liaise with clients and media partners to ensure all stakeholders are strategically aligned. You will own client communications; such as WIPs, monthly reporting, and training sessions to ensure client buy-in and satisfaction.
SEO managers also play an integral role in upskilling the team by providing guidance, mentorship and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PERFORMANCE
• Working with your SEO Director/Lead to develop best-in-class SEO strategy for your clients' needs.
• Developing, executing, and testing strategies and optimisations, regularly reviewing results. and pulling insights that can be used to inform future strategy and testing.
• Delivering innovation to our clients through test & learn opportunities.
• Managing day-to-day team responsibilities and overall client engagement.
• Proactively looking for opportunities to upsell new scope of works.
• Assisting with pitches and tenders.
• Staying up to date on industry news and developments.
• Assisting in the development of POVs.
CLIENT
• Owning day-to-day client communications.
• Leading virtual and in-person presentations in a polished, energetic way, displaying story-telling elements throughout.
• Managing weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis and insights.
• Communicating succinctly to maintain clarity of purpose.
• Ensuring client requests are managed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Supporting the billing and finance process.
• Putting forth recommendations to clients and effectively executing and measuring.
PEOPLE
• Running the day-to-day operations on accounts and supporting the SEO Director in delivering account stewardship.
• Removing roadblocks for your team including access to tools and systems needed in their roles.
• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of your team’s delivery including effectively communicating agency goals, managing workloads, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting professional development.
• Escalating people issues to your Director and Lead as needed, including performance concerns and areas for improvement.
• Supporting hiring process and decisions if/when required.
• Championing positive traits that build connections, lean-in attitudes and naturally care about our collective team success
• Ensuring a professional, supportive and inclusive working environment
COMMERCIAL
• Taking ownership of invoicing responsibilities for the team and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
• Sending invoices to the correct client contact in a timely manner and properly filing copies of all invoices.
• Implementing accurate financial tracking processes, including PO numbers, MBA trackers, value trackers, etc.
• Tracking all pre-bill invoices accurately and consistently.
• Communicating and resolving financial/billing issues with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
Salary ranging from $90,000-$95,000 inclusive of super
