Sails on Lavender Bay, fine dining restaurant situated on the Sydney Harbour is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly and motivated team.
Sails on Lavender Bay offers a range of experiences to suit every occasion.
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following -
Preparation and cooking of menu items
Ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Ensuring the standard of food is of the highest quality
Training of kitchen staff
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
Relevant qualification and 2 years work experience OR Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
Must work well in a team environment;
Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Package: $70,000- $80,000 plus Super
