- Own the Store’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, using your strategic skills to optimise sales, manage inventory, and keep costs in check.
- Drive sales through smart planning, forecasting, and detailed reporting, ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- Manage the ins and outs of the store, from stock and cash control to display management, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic store team, setting clear daily goals and empowering them to achieve big results.
- Deliver exceptional service every day, quickly resolving any complaints and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Implement creative and effective visual merchandising strategies that make the store look stunning and drive sales.
- Use the Local Area Marketing Budget to execute impactful promotions that draw in new customers and keep loyal ones coming back.
