Due to an internal transfer, we are currently looking for a National Groups & Sales Support Specialist to join our friendly and successful Sales team at Minor Hotels on a full time basis, working Monday - Friday only!
The National Groups and HUB Specialist is required to convert and coordinate Conference and Accommodation groups into Minor properties across ANZ region. This is actioned through effective management of group and event enquiries, maximising revenue opportunities. In addition, the role will coordinate and assist all Sales Team Activities.
This role is perfect for someone currently working in a guest facing position at a hotel, looking to move into a corporate function.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with sales admin tasks as required
- Daily liaison with sales and revenue team
- Manage group booking organisers and handover to property.
- Ensure group organisers are aware of operational policies
- Support the Revenue, onsite MICE Teams and Sales Team as required.
