As the Outlets Manager at Sofitel Brisbane Central you will organise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, in room dining and mini bar. You will be passionate about good food and fine beverages, and lead a large team of food and beverage professionals to create memorable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Outlets Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the food and beverage outlets, including the revenue, cost controls, team performance, quality and guest service experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver luxury a la carte service to guests, greeting and seating and taking orders
- Ensure the food and beverage outlets are operating efficiently and profitably
- Perform stocktake and purchasing for the outlets
- Follow the hotel's food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
- Create connections with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded
- Assist to recruit, train and supervise food and beverage team members
- Maximise outlet revenue by implementing agreed strategies, practices and promotions
- Liaise with the Conference and Events Sales team to plan and organise special functions in the restaurant and bar.
